Families living in an apartment building like to get it on: Tom Byron with girl friend Aurora; his dad Jamie Gillis with neighbor Pamela Jennings, who happens to be Aurora's mom. Meanwhile her husband John Leslie is humping Honey Wilder who's married to Gillis. If this sounds like the makings of farce, it's actually played straight. Complications ensue when Jennings seduces Byron and g.f. Aurora catches them in progress. She finks on Tom to his dad Gillis and of course the young teen beds down with Gillis as a sort of revenge. Also involved in the musical beds is Helga Sven as Aunt Rowena and guest star Sharon Mitchell doing her lesbian specialty. Nina Hartley is an extraneous character, opening the film as a horny receptionist having sex. If you're wondering if the movie pays off with incest, you'll have to watch it to find out.
