Cummings was born in Reno, Nevada, where she danced at a topless bar after leaving high school. Cummings later began working as a stripper in San Francisco, doing live sex shows at the Mitchell Brothers O'Farrell Theatre. In San Francisco, she became interested in fetish pornography, spanking, and BDSM.
Cummings has been performing in fetish and BDSM films since her first starring film "Take-out Torture", released by Dungeon Video International in 1990.
