First attempt at fisheye conversion in a while. This attempt cut the source file quality nearly in half. uploading as a test. going to try a few more encodes to see if I can tweak my settings and get the quality closer to the source file. will delete and replace with a better copy if I can figure out how. if anyone has any ideas/suggestions for this, feel free to let me know. Im using ffmpeg. If I can figure it out I will post more conversions by
